A steady, breath-led practice shaped by Ashtanga and Jivamukti. Weekly in Blackheath, and one-to-one by arrangement — no performance, just honest work on the mat.

The practice

Class follows the vinyasa krama of the Ashtanga method — sun salutations building into standing and seated sequences, linked by ujjayi breath and bandha. It's physical: expect to work, to sweat a little, and to be still afterwards.

The Jivamukti influence shows up in what surrounds the postures — attention to why we're practising, not only how, with room for chanting and a little philosophy alongside the strength.
